We believe that the fresher, the tastier
We always try to purchase food products from local suppliers, small farms, organic farms and primary producers. This is true, for example, for our pastries, meats, dairy products, cheese, spices, herbs and marmalades.
When assembling our menu, we always think about our vegetarian guests and conscious eaters, and we also take the different food intolerances and allergies into consideration – on request, we can prepare you gluten-, lactose-free, sugar or lactoprotein-free dishes outside of the menu.
