Sauna world

In the new sauna world of the Zalakaros Spa our guests will find Finnish sauna, steam cabin, infra sauna, aroma sauna, hot and cold plunge pool, jacuzzi and ice dispenser. Sauna bathing has a beneficial effect on body and soul, helps regeneration, strengthens the immune system and has an invigorating effect. The exclusive infrared relaxation area is also designed for relaxation.

Pre-registration is required for the daily sauna and steam ceremonies. Our sauna masters ensure total relaxation with unique fragrance compositions and intimate ceremonies. Programs last 12-15 minutes and are progressive, according to individual needs. The sauna world is a textile-free area in accordance with Western sauna conventions.

The all inclusive package includes sauna use.
