Segal Viktor Dinner Evening

On July 31, we invite our guests to a special gastronomic evening where Mediterranean flavors, a summer atmosphere, and live cooking come together.

Hosts of the evening:
Chef and gastronomic consultant Segal Viktor,
Executive Chef László Holli,
and the Park Inn Kitchen team.

During the dinner, dishes will be served buffet-style as well as through live presentation stations, making not only the flavors but also the culinary experience truly unforgettable.

The evening’s wines will be complemented by a special selection from the Dóka Éva Winery of Zalaszentgrót.

• Vitello tonnato (veal – tuna – capers)
• Coriander mango salad
• Mediterranean white bean soup
• Salmon with green peas and hollandaise sauce
• Sirloin steak with sweet potato and pizzaiola salsa
• Raspberry mille-feuille served in a glass
