Exciting aerial acrobatics, lively pre-show music, and delicious goose dishes await both kids and adults.

Program:

November 7 (Friday)

  • 18:00–20:00 – Family activities: Lantern making, followed by a lantern parade around the hotel or indoors (weather permitting)
  • 19:00–23:00 – DJ Kónya Attila – Korus Bar

November 8 (Saturday)

  • 18:00–20:00 – St. Martin’s Dinner in the restaurant, including a new wine tasting courtesy of Dóka Winery
  • 20:00–20:20 – Premier Dance Club is coming with a spectacular show dance performance
  • 19:00–23:00 – Live music by Csaba Gábor

St. Martin’s Menu:

Cold Dishes

  • Leafy salads (3 types), tomatoes, cucumbers, colorful peppers, corn, radishes, celery + dressings + dried fruits + nuts and finger foods

  • Selection of pickled vegetables (6–8 types)

  • Avocado salad with adzuki beans and black rice

  • Egg salad with mayonnaise

  • Broccoli salad with honey-mustard dressing

  • Greek yogurt cucumber salad (tzatziki)

  • Dill-marinated salmon fillet

  • Tokaj goose liver pâté with pear chutney and brioche

  • Smoked goose tartare with capers and pearl onions

  • Black Forest ham with creamy horseradish foam and stuffed vine leaves

  • Cocktail: Panko-crusted shrimp torpedo with sweet chili

  • Cheese selection + marinated cheese cubes + grapes + walnuts + 3 kinds of sauces

Hot Dishes

  • Ginger goose soup with matzo balls

  • Tarragon duck ragout soup

  • Orange-ginger pumpkin cream soup

  • Stuffed goose neck in panko breadcrumbs with pearl onions

  • Rosé roasted goose breast with cranberry jus

  • Whole roasted pork neck with Bakony mushroom ragout

  • Aged beef steak with Znaimi sauce

  • Penne with chicken and pea pesto

  • Rösti potatoes (for beef)

  • Steamed vegetable side (vital mix with asparagus) (for fish)

  • Wok vegetable rice (for chicken)

  • Vegetarian: Layered cabbage with mushrooms
