On 19 September, discover the authentic flavours of the Zala harvest season! Join us for a special dinner featuring generous traditional dishes inspired by the region's rich culinary heritage. In the afternoon, treat yourself to freshly baked chimney cake, a beloved Hungarian sweet, served warm and full of flavour.

September 19 (Saturday) — Zala harvest-inspired dishes for dinner:

Sausage soup with red wine
Roast beef braised in must
Zala-style harvest roast
Mutton stew
Golden dumplings with vanilla custard sauce

1:00–4:30 PM: Kürtőskalács tasting

From 7:00 PM: Adult workshop

Ceramic painting (small bowls, plates, mugs) featuring Zala and harvest-themed motifs

The workshop is limited to 15 participants and requires advance registration.
