Our hotel is situated in one of the most exciting, most adventurous parts of Hungary, next to the Small Balaton region adjacent to the Zalakaros Wellness and Thermal Spa.

If you are in the mood for an active holiday but crave some pampering, all you need to do is walk down a closed, heated corridor directly to the spa, where people of all ages can find many things to do, see and enjoy. Wellness treatments, a thermal centre, water gymnastics, beauty treatments and a sauna will take care of your pampering needs. The spa also offers a fitness room, aquapark and an adrenalin slide park for more active adventure-seekers. When the weather is warm, you can enjoy a 10,000 m2 beach suitable for beach soccer, volleyball and handball mini-championships.

Eternal children can try the Waterspider-Wonderspider children’s world and the House of Tales. Daredevils and the bolder members of your group can prove their bravery on the Black Hole slide, where you can even have timed races.

For a truly unforgettable party, we recommend the night-time Spa party. The Spa party guarantees night-long fun with special underwater light shows, great atmosphere, themed programs, a host, a DJ, star performers, games and more. Attention! We are not responsible for whatever happens under water. 😉

There are many adventures waiting for you if your groups feel like exploring a little further.

• You can see the native buffalo of Kápolnapuszta in their natural habitat, and since the animals are rather tame, you can even have come in close contact with them. The Telltale walkway and the interactive exhibition makes the encounter with the buffalos a lifetime experience.
• You can visit the Wall of Tears in Nagybakó, walk along the Csibiti lake or play the War of numbers in the beautiful, lush forests.
• If your group wants a nostalgic experience, you can visit the István Fekete (Hungarian writer) memorial site and see Uncle Matula’s cabin (his most famous fictional character).
• Animal-lovers can visit the petting zoo in Fenékpuszta and pet lots of rabbits, donkeys, sheep, goats, ponies, buffalos and mini pigs.

The hillside above Zalakaros is covered by forest. One of the most prominent sights of the town can be found on the edge of the forest: the Lookout tower with its beautiful panoramic view. In clear weather you can see as far as the Small Balaton and the Balaton Oberlands. You can also find the Lookout (Kilátó) wine bar at the bottom of the tower (for your information:)). You can find pleasant hiking paths across the Forest Park, and the terrain is ideal for sports events and various outdoor programs.

We can also organize any kind of team building programs within the hotel facilities, too. Our event room, the large restaurant and the cosy Korus bar is ideal for almost all kinds of games and experiences.

We can also provide bicycle and car rental services or help you plan walking tours and excursions. It is well worth walking in the area: the Thermal Lake and Ecopark in the vicinity of the hotel offer additional leisure options for all age groups.
